1. On a scale from 1 to 10, how open is your mind today? What would increase that score by 2 points? By 4 points? What would make it a 10?
2. What self-care practices are you going to commit to putting into regular practice?
3. Knowing your triggers is very important. List all that come to mind here and make it an ongoing practice to pay close attention to your emotions and any possible new triggers.
4. When you are a coaching client what does the coach do that resonates with you? Make a list of those practices and begin to experiment using them in your coaching sessions, as appropriate.
5. What reflective practices would you consider using today?
