Questions 1. What is the core competency named "Cultivates Trust and Safety" about? 2. Why is it important for the client to trust the coach? 3. How can you as a coach create trust and respect in the coaching relationship? 4. What does it really mean to respect the client's identity and how can this be demonstrated? 5. In what way can you as a coach respect and acknowledge the client's unique talents, insights? 6. What is empathy and how can you use it to display support and concern? 7. Why is it important to acknowledge and support the emotional and personal expression of the client? 8. In what ways can you be open and transparent with your clients?
Please continue doing your coaching sessions. Please write down for each coaching session that you do what are the leanings that you are getting. Please write at least a paragraph for each of the sessions you do (being coached and being a coachee). The idea is to journal your thoughts.Note there is no right or wrong way to do this. Just allow your thoughts, feelings, victories and challenges to be noted down after each coaching session that you do. This will this will be a part of your thesis in learning that you will hand in the end of the Certification.
